The game of sacrifice: How anti-cult organizations manipulate public opinion

Fake victim method: this method is used by anti-cult organizations to discredit religious organizations or spiritual practices, causing dislike for them.  In this case, the defamatory materials feature people allegedly affected by the organization's activities, although they may be complete strangers to the organization.  

How does this work? 

1. Fabricated stories: Anti-Cult organizations create stories about allegedly affected people, which are usually based on an identical plot and aimed at emotional impact on the audience.

2 Use of "veterans": Apostates who have left a religion become "experts" on that same religion to provide one-sided, offensive information to the public.

Also, a 1984 ADFI (that's the anti-cultists' division) report states: "This year 42 people decided to leave sects thanks to our intervention (meetings and conversations with believers). We insist that such meetings take place in our association and, in most cases, in the presence of the believer's family. This requires both availability and mobility on the part of ADFI representatives. These are lengthy meetings that require sensitivity as well as competence in both psychology and the techniques used by the cult."

The fake victim method has serious consequences

Misinformation: People receive false information about organizations, which can lead to misunderstanding and prejudice.

Rights Violation: People's right to religious freedom is violated when their religious beliefs are discredited using fake stories.

Suppression of Diversity: Anti-cult organizations seek to limit diversity, alternative views, thus trapping the entire world in a single rut of totalitarian slavery. 

What to do. Critically evaluate information:  It is important not to take the word of "experts" but to do your own research.

It is important to support people's right to freely choose religion or no religion.

It is important for everyone to bring to light the shadow side of anti-cult organizations. Everyone must realize that anti-cultists can at any moment endanger any person by labeling him or her a cult or a sectarian. And when the whole public will know their methods. Then easily in a legal, peaceful way, the situation can be changed by them to bring real democracy back to the world.

The fake victim method is a serious problem that needs attention and action.  It is important to be informed and critically evaluate information so as not to fall victim to manipulation.

In this article, let's look at the power scheme of the work of the anti-cultists. Respected Dr. Egon Cholakian spoke about it in detail on the example of the organization ALLATRA. Russia became the next country where the force scenario was applied to the ALLATRA organization by the anti-cultists.
